• Winston Chen

  Winston Chen

  Founder and CEO

  offers a background that includes being Head of Cash Operations at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and many years of management consulting experience with Accenture and Logica. Frustrated with having to solve these complex problems with ‘simplistic’ tools, Winston created a dedicated cash consulting firm in Oct 2005, and then an in-house software team a year later.

  Andrew Yong

  Head of Algorithms

  Having started as an Analyst at the CBA in 2003 with Winston, then following him as one of the two founders of Angusta. Andrew our resident ‘young gun’, was the key business analyst supporting Winston during his CBA cash operation days. In all, Andrew has spent the last 6 years developing and refining the key technical techniques that form our proprietary algorithms today.

  Sharon Lu

  Business Analyst

  Sharon leads the business development at Angusta, and is a specialist on cash distribution industry structures and trends around the world. She currently assists clients on restructuring, process reengineering, and implementation. Sharon has a B.Commerce (Finance)/Arts from Sydney University and has a strong interest in entrepreneurship and innovation.
